The purpose of Student Council is to:
Develop leaders at CHS who help promote the Capital Code
Promote a sense of school spirit and involvement at CHS
Be involved in service projects and fundraising
Help plan special events or projects.
Be ambassadors for CHS
Eligibility Requirements:
- Any student can participate in STUCO, just attend the weekly meetings to get involved.
- Any CHS student in good standing both academically and socially may run for election in student council officer position.
- Weekly meeting attendance is extremely important, as well as participation in event preparation.
