Capital High School Boys Cross Country

Who can participate?

Students enrolled at Capital High School (including incoming freshman and transfer students).

Each athlete MUST have a completed physical form and signed concussion form before they can start practice on August 12. Bring the completed forms the first day.  For more information in regard to the concussion statement, please go to the MHSA home page: www.mhsa.org, “Sports Medicine.”

In order to participate in a school sanctioned activity, the following forms must be completed and on file with the Activities Department.

• Activity Fee Sheet
• Drug/Alcohol Conduct Form
• MHSA Pre-Participation Physical Form
• Concussion Form

Practice:  When and where do we meet?

August 12 – August 27:  (Mon. – Fri. 7 AM at the NW Park softball fields) (Sat. 7 AM Old Federal Building Downtown Helena)

August 29 – October 21: (Mon. – Fri. 3:30-5:30 at the NW Park softball fields)
