Important Dates
Friday August 14 – First official day of practice from 7:00-9:00 am. Please meet at Northwest Park near the softball fields.
Saturday August 15 – Mandatory parent & athlete meeting 9:00 AM Northwest Park Softball Field Bleachers.
Each athlete MUST have a completed physical form and signed concussion form before they can start practice on August 14.
Bring the completed forms the first day. For more information in regard to the concussion statement, please go to the MHSA home page: www.mhsa.org, “Sports Medicine.”
In order to participate in a school sanctioned activity, the following forms must be completed and on file with the Activities Department.
