French 2 is designed to improve student communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.  Students also increase their understanding of French culture, geography and history.  They cover additional grammar and they also advance their reading ability.  They participate in oral discussions.  A solid background in French 1 is required.  Students need to be able to follow directions, organize material, and learn through independent study and self-tests.
