9343 Freshman Weight Training
An introductory, hands-on training class for students who are ready to challenge themselves and learn the essentials of the weight room. In this course, you’ll build strength, confidence, and solid technique while learning how to train safely and effectively. We’ll cover the basics of powerlifting, bodybuilding, functional fitness, circuit work, mobility, flexibility, speed development, and goal setting.
This class will satisfy the freshman PE requirement.
