Please visit Ms. Cleveland‚Äôs room (123) if you‚Äôre interested in purchasing one.

Weather permitting- we hope to start intramural basketball on Monday, April 8th.  Sign up information is on the counter at the front office.  We need sign up information returned by Wednesday, April 3rd (that is the first Wednesday after spring break).  Games will be Mondays and Tuesdays evenings- if spring activities can get outside to practice- that is they only way we will get the gym space.  Stop by the office and pick up the information!

Do you enjoy spending time in the Montana backcountry? If so, come to the Career Center today at 12 pm. A representative from the Montana Wilderness School will be sharing information about the 2019 summer youth expeditions. Partial and full scholarships are available!

Liz Burke from the National Forest service will be in Mrs. Urban’s room (233) at lunch today to talk about the Youth Forest Monitoring Program.¬† It is a summer internship¬†where students get to work in the forest studying ecology, collecting data, and learning about a variety of natural resource careers.¬† See you at lunch!

Track and Field Season has started!

Concussion testing:

For all freshman and juniors who are interested in participating in spring activities, there will be Impact/Concussion baseline testing (for those student-athletes who have not completed it yet this year) in the CHS library from 4:00-5:00 today March 13th.  The testing is completed every two years (a two year rotation), that is why the testing is for current freshman and junior student athletes.

EXPECTATION OF THE WEEK:

Key club is sponsoring the annual Pennies for Patients campaign! We are collecting money for the Childhood Leukemia and Lymphoma society. The campaign runs from March 4-March 29. The homeroom class that raises the most money will receive a donut party during homeroom nutrition break! Teachers, please pick up your donation box in the faculty lounge. A key club member will be visiting your homeroom sometime this week to explain the campaign.

All sophomore students will take the CRT science assessment during their regularly scheduled BIOLOGY class March 12-14.  Please plan in advance to be present for the assessment

Any girls interested in competing in track this Spring.  The first practice will be today.  Meet in the wrestling room at 3:30. You need to have an up to date physical and signed concussion form or else you will not be allowed to practice

Attention all boys that have clothing and other items in the boy’s activities locker room- the boys activities locker room will soon be cleaned out to make room for the spring activities.  If you have items in lockers, get them cleaned out soon!  Spring activities start today

Track and Field Season has started.  Boys interested in being in Track and Field please come to the today and Tuesday at 3:30 to sign up for our Bruin Team.  This is just for sign-up and for information about events happening all week.
