Culinary Arts 3 is an exciting year long career awareness course designed to further the interest of those students who are interested in a career within the food and hospitality industry. The course is based on the National Restaurant Association “Pro start” program which provides training in all aspects of culinary careers. There will be labs provided in this class. This course offers an entrepreneurial/marketing component that allows the students to run the class as a business and includes some catering experience. A cooperative part time work program can be arranged for those that qualify. Fees: $40. Prerequisite(s): 7535-Culinary Arts 1 & 2.
