7515 Unified Culinary Arts
Unified Culinary Arts is designed to engage students in the culinary experience alongside peers of all disabilities, helping foster important social relationships, teamwork, and life skills! This is a year-long elective course that provides students with a basic knowledge and application of food preparation skills within a lab setting. Students will gain an understanding of food safety and sanitation, healthy food selection and preparation skills, and consumer skills that will allow for more informed decisions. It is recommended to be a unified partner that you have completed Culinary Arts 1, but not a requirement.
