Today’s Throwdown Thursday competition in the library is flavored popcorn.

There will be a meeting for potential wrestling managers today at lunch in Coach Mahana’s room 10.

Interested in spreading equality this holiday season? Come to room 112 on Friday at lunch to decorate the Female Empowerment Club’s Christmas Tree for the Festival of Trees.

Today, Friday and Saturday in the auditorium, students from both high schools will be performing the musical THE MUSIC MAN! Not only do we have forty students on stage, but we also have twenty in the orchestra, playing famous tunes you will tap your foot to. The show starts at 7 p.m., so come get your tickets early. Price is $8 for students and $10 for adults. Thank you for your support!

There will be an informational meeting at lunch today for anyone interested in participating in Girl’s Track in the Spring.  Please meet in the Fitness Center

This is a reminder that there is absolutely no eating in the library unless you are participating in activities with the librarians. Any unauthorized eaters will be kicked out.

Boys Basketball tryouts start Thursday!  Sophomore-Seniors will be at the CHS gym from 3:30-6:00.  Freshman tryouts will be at Central School Gym from 6:00 -8:00 pm.  If you have not signed up for tryouts you must get your name to Mr. LaRue, room 221.

A rep from MSU Billings will be in the Career Center during lunch on Monday.

PEERS Club is having it’s first meeting on Monday November 18th in Room 3.

This is a club for students interested in building friendships and having fun with students of all abilities!

It’s getting cold outside – put a little more cozy in your day! Join us for Knitting Club on Thursdays and Fridays at lunch with Mrs. Parrish in room 121! Make a bunny, a pumpkin, a dishcloth, a scarf and more – no experience necessary – we’ll help you get started!

  • Thursday is Throwdown Thursday Cooking Competition.  Register at the library by Wednesday and pick up your recipe & rules for the week.
  • Friday is Retro Arcade & Game day – play our collection of vintage video games or join a team playing Whiteboard Pictionary.

A rep from Carroll College will be in the Career Center today during third period. A rep from Montana State will be in the Career Center today at 12:30. Please see Mrs. Doran if you would like a pass.

A rep from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, will be in the Career Center tomorrow at 8:20 am.

If you are a college-bound senior seeking financial assistance to pay for college, you must complete the FAFSA this month. The priority deadline is December 1st. Please stop by the Career Center if you need help.

Seniors, the FAFSA priority deadline is December 1st! That’s less than a month away! If you have any questions, stop by the Career Center ASAP.

Helena’s Carroll College was recently named the #1 Regional College in the West by U.S. News and World Report.  A representative from Carroll College will be in the Career Center during third period tomorrow.

Calling all future Bobcats! A rep from Montana State will be in the Career Center at 12:30 tomorrow.

Please stop by the Career Center if you would like a pass to either of these presentations.
