Locals Fare Well At Top 10!

top 10“Taking on some of the best the state has to offer, local and area athletes turned in impressive times on Tuesday at the Russ Pilcher Top 10 Meet in Missoula.

Glacier sensation Annie Hill turned in a pair of meet-record performances as well, recording a 2:11.26 to win the and taking the 1,600 in 4:46.69. She won both events by more than seven seconds.

In other girls track events, Capital’s Elena Carter ran her best time of the season in the 100 hurdles, taking third with a 15.43, and the Bruins finished third in the sprint relay, in 51.41. Helena High’s girls won the 1,600-meter relay, in 4:05.53, trimming three and a half seconds off their preview best.”
