Steve Frankino Capital High School Class of 1977 Scholarship:

• Applicant must be a graduating senior of Capital High School
• Applicant must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75 or higher
• Applicant must demonstrate leadership and good citizenship
• Applicant must be planning to attend a full four-year program of study at a Montana School
• Applicant must plan to be enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational institution (university, college, community college, college of technology, or technical school)
