EXPECTATION OF THE WEEK: Be Responsible by turning in your registration forms to the counseling center and making sure you are signed up for classes next year
Students interested in taking an AP exam in May can register in the office. The cost is $94.00. Registration will be March 1st – March 22nd.
Next week the Student Council is asking every student at Capital to please bring $1. The Class that brings in the highest percentage of money will get pizza for the whole class (meaning freshman, sophomore, junior or senior class). STAFF is also included in the competition and will have their own collection box. Please bring your $1 to the attendance office the week of the 12th. All money will be used to buy gift cards for Bruin student/families that are in need.
Girls Track begins today, March 12th. Please meet in the wrestling room at 3:30. You must have a completed physical before you are allowed to practice. – Coach McMahon
Boys Track and Field starts today, March 12. Come early to get signed up and to get your locker. Physicals and Concussion forms are essential before you start practice. Come to the Boys Athletic Locker Room at 3:30.

Liz Burke from the US Forest Service will be here during lunch on today, March 12th to talk about the Youth Forest Monitoring Program. It is a summer program where high school students work in the field with the Forest Service. Come to Mrs. Urban’s room (233) today at lunch to hear more about this amazing summer opportunity!
Softball tryouts will be held in the CHS gym today at 5:30. A current physical for the school year needs to be on file in order for you to tryout.
There will be a football meeting in the wrestling room on Wednesday, March 14th during lunch.
