Weekly Update – last one for a while

Good morning-

I hope that you had a great weekend!

A big thank you to everyone who assisted with graduation yesterday. A big thank you to April for the months of preparation for this event.  Likewise, thank you to Walt, Kathy, Bill Kaiser, the counseling staff, Thomas Baty and the choir, Zach Harris and the orchestra, as well as all of the staff members who volunteered to be row leaders and congratulatory line participants.  There were so many individuals involved yesterday in this event that I cannot begin to list them.  It takes a small village to pull that event off.  Attached is a picture from the stage.

Senior Picnic, last Thursday:
Thank you to Tirzah Bruski, Derik Reed, and the senior class officers for their efforts with the Senior class of 2017.  Attached is a picture from Women’s Park last Thursday.

How about that yearbook?:
I hope that all of you have had a chance to take a peek at Unmarked. If not, it is definitely worth a look.  A tremendous job by Hailey Selch and her students!

Congratulations to Jim Weber, recipient of the William Dahlgren Award for teachers that have excelled in the classroom for STEM Education.  Jim was selected amongst teachers found in PRIME network schools.  Attached is a picture of Jim receiving the award.
