Summer Running: June 12, 2017 – August 10, 2017 – 7:00 a.m. by the CHS Tennis Courts Mondays – Fridays. We break into groups for various runs based on the current abilities of each athlete so don’t be intimidated – there is a run for everyone!
Summer Lifting: The Weight Room is open and Supervised by a CHS coach from 6am until 9am. All students are invited to lift.
First Practice: Friday, August 11, 2017 at 8am in the CHS Gymnastics room. Bring your physical and be dressed ready to run.
Mon-Sat (Aug 12 – 19) – We will run at 8am
Starting Monday 21st – regular practices will be held from 3:30pm – 5:30pm and 8am on the Saturdays that we don’t have a meet scheduled.
Parent Meeting: TBD.
Who: Open to all Lady Bruins!
When: 3:30pm Mon-Fri and Saturdays at 8:00am when no meet scheduled.
Where: Gymnastics room
What: CHS cross country is open to all students. Our goal is to help each student athlete realize her potential, learn how to set and achieve goals, and make positive connections with teammates.

Each athlete MUST have a completed physical form and signed concussion form before they can start practice. Bring the completed forms the first day. All required forms can be found on the Athletics Home Page as well as the CHS Main Office. The cost is $70 for the first sport which includes the required activity ticket.
